Motel Policies

The office is open 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. anytime after please call the office for special arrangements. Check-In Time is 3 p.m. and check-out time is 11 a.m. Smoking is restricted to designated smoking rooms. See room map.
1. Pets are allowed if the guest has a credit card, or posts a $100.00 cash deposit. House keeping must be contacted 30 minutes prior to checkout for room inspection and deposit refund.
2. A non-refundable pet fee of $10.00 (per pet/ per night) will be charged.
3. Management reserves the right to determine sizes and breeds of acceptable pets up to 40 pounds max.

5. Pets must be non-aggressive, well trained, and on a leash at all times.
6. Pets must comply with all local laws and requirements.
7. Pets must have collars and tags identifying their owners.
8. Allowing pets to use the flower beds as a litter box kills the flowers. Please use the dirt lot behind the building. Pet owners must pick up after their pets and properly dispose of droppings. A $50.00 fee will be charged if pets use unauthorized areas, or if waste is not properly disposed of.
9. Pet owners will be responsible for the repair or replacement of any items stained or damaged by their pets.
10. Housekeeping service will be provided only if the pet is removed from the room during the service.
11. Pets are not allowed on the beds or furniture. To avoid unnecessary charges, we recommend keeping your pet in a kennel crate.
12. If a pet disturbs other guests by barking or aggression, the pet owner will be asked to immediately cure the problem, or leave the premises.
13. Pets cannot be left unattended in the room.
